Yesterday he didn’t speak to me which I could understand, but today he left without informing me. He never did that, but why do I expect him to stop by my side and lend his shoulder for crying I don’t know and possibly when I will find answer to this question and even if I find I know it is going to hurt me even more. I cannot stay any longer here and I need to leave before it becomes impossible for me to resist Shekhar. ** Shekhar smiled as he read the last line. So it was not only him but Arpita too had been fighting her strange emotions till now. Now he realized why Arpita keenly tried to read his lips every time he said something. May be she wanted him to make the first move which is obvious, and if he had made at the right time she would have been with him today.
As he was closing her Diary he accidentally opened the last page. It had again a beautifully made pattern. On carefully seeing he could see that page didn't have patterns, instead it was his name which Arpita had so beautifully managed to hide in her creativity.
A wide smile appeared on his face now. He had immediately booked the tickets for the next train to Punjab. He had to meet her straight away and he carefully placed the diary in his luggage along with the sweater Arpita had woven for him. Excited about his mission “Find Love” he laid on the Arpita’s bed with his arms clasped around her diary. Tomorrow he had to first go to the post office and find out the address from which the letter for Arpita came and then he had to find her and hold her for lifetime.
