Ingredients
bhindi 400gms
green chillies 4-5
onion 1 small
coriander leaves
garam masala
salt
For dough:
chapati flour
pinch of salt
oil
Method:
First make the chapati dough by adding pinch of salt and oil. Mix it properly using water and add oil again after the dough is ready. Keep it aside for sometime. Meanwhile add oil in another pan, add jeera and onion to fry. Add green chillies finely chopped, after onion gets cooked add bhindi, coriander leaves. Cover it with a lid for sometime. After sometime when the bhindi is soft add garam masala and salt. Once bhindi is cooked get back to the dough.
Roll out chapati from the dough and in between add a round ball of stuffing with bhindi curry. cover the stuffing with the rolled out chappati and again start rolling slowly. Once you roll it comfortably without bhindi pieces coming out, put it on a hot pan (tawa) and roast it. Add oil on the paratha layer.
Serve it hot with tomato chutney !
