Ingredients:
1 medium size Beetroot
1 bowl curd.
Black pepper powder - according to taste.
Salt- according to taste.
Sugar- according to taste.
Method of Preparation:
Peel off Beetroot skin and grate it.
Whip curd so as to make smooth paste.
Add grated beetroot to curd and mix it well.
Add salt, sugar and black pepper powder .
Mix well & Raita is ready.
